Because of the distance from home, communication issues, and other unforeseen challenges that may occur during an academic year, Starr & Chapman, Inc. provides a variety of one-on-one services to international clients.

Crisis Intervention
Crisis intervention cases are taken on a case-by-case basis. Starr & Chapman, Inc. reserves the right to refuse cases based on the availability of the necessary staff-hours. Crisis cases are invoiced on an hourly basis or on a flat fee, depending on the difficulty of the case or the gravity of the situation.

• Health emergencies, including psychological issues or drug/alcohol abuse
• Situations involving local or federal authorities
