Mr. Chapman began his career as an educational consultant for international families in 1999 leading residential study programs and college placement programs since that time. His independent school education has been an invaluable resource in the course of advising client families on myriad issues of residential life and boarding school and college placement. Mr. Chapman’s prior experience includes production management, technical support and instruction for summer youth theater workshops. Mr. Chapman is a member of the Higher Education Consultants Association and an associate member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association. Mr. Chapman is an alumnus of The Clark School, the Northfield Mount Hermon School and Emerson College. |

the Director of Starr & Chapman, Inc. Samuel Chapman is responsible
for the growth and overall direction of the company. Mr. Chapman
led the transition from Starr Educational Services, Inc. to Starr
& Chapman, Inc.
